Rob Sielecki, Director
Rob has been involved in the mining and exploration industry since the 1980′s working as a geologist throughout Australia and Southeast Asia with positions at North Broken Hill Limited and Mount Isa Mines Limited. Rob founded Ausrox Australia in 1984 when he saw the opportunity in sampling mine sites around Queensland and the Northern Territory in order to supply specimen material to museums and private collections worldwide. Rob has since supplied top quality mineral, meteorite and fossil specimens for well over twenty years. Some of his clients include the Smithsonian Institute, the British Museum and the Australian Museum.
Rob’s passion for his business led to the discovery of Sieleckiite, a new turquoise like mineral from North West Queensland. A number of his specimens have been published in books and magazines such as the Gold issue of Lapis. He is also an Australian Government accredited valuer under the Cultural Heritage Valuers Scheme.
Andy Comas, Director

Andy has had over 14 years experience as a geologist and held various mine, exploration, and project management positions. He started his career at Mt Isa Mines before moving onto the Tennant Creek goldfields, Alrtunga goldfields, then epithermal gold exploration in Japan and Indonesia. From 1997, Andy has been an investment adviser encompassing stockbroking and analysis of the resources sector. He has a deep knowledge of the Australian resources sector and an excellent network of industry contacts.
